Rosedale Petro Canada Gas Station is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Manager.

 

Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Sales Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $30.29~$33.29/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 53003 Bunker Road, Rosedale, BC V0X 1X1

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Plan, control, and assess daily operations

·         Manage staff and assign duties

·         Research market trends to determine consumer needs and potential sales volumes

·         Decide merchandise and services to be sold, and implement the price of them

·         Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for retail

·         Plan budgets and monitor revenues

·         Address staffing requirements, including the hiring and training of staff

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
