Description
Take Five Cafe is looking for a full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisor.
You will be responsible for the following:
Ensure a professional level of customer service is delivered by all staff.
Make sure every customer receives excellent service by the staff.
Supervise the activities and organize the work schedules of the staff.
Maintain records of sales and services.
Train staff if needed.
Resolve customer complaints.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Secondary school education is required.
2+ years of experience in food service or post-secondary diploma/certificate in food service administration or related field.
Language of work: English is required.
Your hourly wage will be $17.
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay.
